在電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)試樣不斷鉗口、鉗口內(nèi)、平行段或標(biāo)距外，會(huì)有幾種特殊類型的材料，與材料本身的特性及適用的環(huán)境要求。截至現(xiàn)在，解決的辦法并不多。濟(jì)南華衡試驗(yàn)設(shè)備有限公司總結(jié)了以下四種七情況：

第二、有關(guān)變形量大的材料因?yàn)樽冃芜^大，電子電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)所以夾持困難，夾具的設(shè)計(jì)就是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)，對設(shè)計(jì)人員的要求就較高了。
