操作使用電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)有一定環(huán)境要求：保持測(cè)試環(huán)境整潔、干燥，附帶各夾具抗氧化性能良好；試驗(yàn)機(jī)正常工作的環(huán)境溫度是10～35℃，相對(duì)濕度不大于80％。 在此環(huán)境下具體操作機(jī)器時(shí)有一定規(guī)程，我們簡(jiǎn)單分享一下。

1.試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行可靠接地，地線接在試驗(yàn)機(jī)的后部螺栓上。

然后，正式操作

1. 按順序打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)機(jī)----電腦----打印機(jī)的電源開(kāi)關(guān)（預(yù)熱15分鐘）。

2.待測(cè)試品放置試驗(yàn)臺(tái)面，調(diào)節(jié)試驗(yàn)機(jī)升降按鈕確保與測(cè)試面對(duì)準(zhǔn)，并對(duì)試品做好裝夾。

3. 電腦打開(kāi)軟件SANS-POWER TEST進(jìn)入主界面；點(diǎn)擊試驗(yàn)部分，進(jìn)入編輯試驗(yàn)方案界面。

4.編輯試驗(yàn)方案時(shí)，設(shè)置各試驗(yàn)參數(shù)例如：測(cè)試項(xiàng)目，測(cè)試力值，限位值等；對(duì)軟件中原有試驗(yàn)方案可直接使用，對(duì)新試驗(yàn)方案需重新進(jìn)行編輯和添加；保存退出。

5.返回主界面后將“實(shí)時(shí)力值”，“位移”，“變形”，“峰值力值”進(jìn)行清零。

6.點(diǎn)擊右向三角按鈕開(kāi)始試驗(yàn)。

7.當(dāng)“實(shí)時(shí)力值”開(kāi)始下降且“實(shí)時(shí)力值”明顯低于“峰值力值”時(shí)，可以點(diǎn)擊方框按鈕停止試驗(yàn)，或利用試驗(yàn)機(jī)自動(dòng)返車(chē)（此項(xiàng)功能需在試驗(yàn)方案中進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)置），記錄“峰值力值”比對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做出試驗(yàn)結(jié)果判定。

8.斥卸工裝取下測(cè)試品，電腦退出SANS-POWER軟件并關(guān)機(jī)。
